I am a pre-dental student hoping to enter dental school soon. I just graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign where I majored in Molecular Cellular Biology and minored in Chemistry. I have tutoring and teaching experience. I was a teaching assistant at Lewis University where I helped teach college-level Chinese language. I tutored my neighbor in high school Math. I am willing to tutor many subjects, but my specialties are Math, Biology, Chemistry, and Chinese language (Mandarin). Out of my specialties, my favorite course to tutor is Chemistry, because I enjoy helping students learn how to solve Chemistry problems and master the course. I tutor in a well-organized manner and also enjoy helping students prepare for standardized tests, including the ACT and DAT. When I tutor, I like to not only be a student's teacher, but also a friend. I am a caring and patient tutor, and I never give up on helping a student achieve their goals, as long as they are dedicated to the mutual goals, as well. Helping others succeed is very rewarding to me. In my free time, I like to ice skate, watch movies, and cook. I also enjoy playing hockey, piano, and the drums.
